After finishing the 3-year contract in Japan and returning to his homeland, Tran Phong went to work for a labor export organization. INTERN

Our company always focuses on Japanese language training for technical interns so that they can quickly get used to living and working in Japan as well as absorb knowledge and skills well.

We provide vocational training and use Japanese language textbooks suitable for the working environment at the construction site so that they understand specialized terminology for each job, listen carefully to the instructions of the construction site manager and work properly.

Technical interns rotate through grammar and conversation lessons.

We organize Japanese language proficiency tests for interns weekly.

In particular, to improve the learning ability of our students, we continuously communicate (report, exchange and consult) with Japanese companies. Every month, we will send reports on students’ learning status, including learning attitudes and exam results. This allows Japanese companies and trade unions to understand each student’s learning status.

EDUCATION

We train students not only on work but also on professional awareness, business etiquette and knowledge of Japanese society. The orientation program includes many useful knowledge such as law, business etiquette, labor safety, customs, and discipline. In addition, we also assist students in finding jobs after returning home. This helps students understand what they need to absorb in Japan and use that knowledge to find the best job after returning to their home country.

After nearly 10 years of operation, with many difficulties and challenges, combined with the trust of engineers, interns, and especially parents, NHAT MINH has reaped many achievements:

  • 1,000 engineers have been working at large companies and factories in Japan.
